Thanks for writing again. My father wrote a text book titled "How to Teach Piano Successfully" which you might like to see. Also, regarding the multi-key approach, all of the Bastien courses use this and you can find an explanation of each course on the Kjos website: www.kjos.com. I hope this helps! Best wishes!
